TransportArte COVID-SAFE travelling environment

To safeguard passengers and drivers, and to ensure continuity in our service, TransportArte has taken active precautionary measures to provide the highest standard of hygiene and make every journey safe. 

Your driver 

TransportArte drivers wear protective masks at all times. All our drivers are checked for signs of Covid-19 constantly, and if there is any doubt as to their health, TransportArte will take them out of service until cleared by a certified professional. 

Your vehicle 

TransportArte standard cleaning procedures have been amplified, with all vehicles being cleaned before each journey begins.

Your journey 

Every TransportArte vehicle comes equipped with hand sanitiser located in the central armrest. Our drivers ensure that the stock of sanitisers and cleaning supplies are maintained onboard. Should a passenger start displaying symptoms on board, your driver will contact the local health service immediately for further guidance. As a precautionary measure, should it be determined that a COVID-19 carrier traveled in a TransportArte vehicle, that vehicle will be taken out of service, cleaned and evaluated as per the World Health Organisation guidelines. 

Reduced physical contact 

Handshake greetings have been halted. Passengers are greeted with a slight bow, and drivers will offer to assist with luggage and sanitise handles after handling.
